Sticklebook's innovative design comprises an aluminium extrusion which acts as a bracket and polypropylene combed strip that grips the cover and pages of paperback books. The shelf is screwed onto the wall which itself helps support the weight of the book and is an integral part of the design. It is totally secure and fall-proof.
Sticklebook has received numerous awards including Show Tours of Britain and at the prestigious European Peugeot Design Awards where it also picked up the 'People's vote'. It has been exhibited as part of the 'Hanger House' Concept House of the Future at the Ideal Home Exhibition in London.
Step 1. First you erect it onto your desired wall space and then you just tap the books you want to hang against the combed strip.
Step 2. To remove the books, you gently pull the books away to release the leaves from combs.
Sticklebook comes in a stylish blue presentation box with protective padding and an information sheet with fitting instructions.
Sticklebook's comb will leave a small mark on the ends of the book leaves but has been carefully designed to ensure as minimal marking as possible.
